Ingredients
200ml Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
1 lemon or lime (juiced)
2 tbsp of honey or syrup
½ grapefruit to garnish (sliced)
Black peppercorns (optional)

Method 
1. In a jug or a bowl, combine the lemon/lime juice and honey/syrup and mix well.
2. Add a hand full of ice cubes to your cocktail glass and strain the mixture over them.
3. Top up with Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic water, add peppercorns and serve with grapefruit.
